Job Description


A Team Leader's primary responsibility is the training and development of a team. The Team Leaders accomplish success through daily investment in each individual they lead. This position requires a high degree of adaptability, initiative, and personal accountability.


  • Teaching, training and developing Allltran online staff by effectively utilizing performance calibrations, monitoring and critiquing phone calls and personally modeling effective work habits.
  • Managing daily production efforts and coaching Allltran online staff to ensure adequate work effort is maintained to ensure superior performance.
  • Managing Dialer Efficiencies
  • Inbound Phone Statistics
  • Schedule Adherence
  • Leading and motivating collection staff to achieve team and individual collection goals.
  • Monthly Team Game plans
  • Managing Team motivational incentives and exercises
  • Pacing meetings with staff to provide weekly leadership and feedback on the individual and team performance.
  • Providing feedback to management on the effectiveness of inbound/outbound workflow and strategy and providing input on potential strategy improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned with positive attitude and passion for growth, development and success.

Job Requirements


  • Demonstrated expertise in effective collection phone techniques and skip trace processes.
  • Capable of working 50 hours per week with one weekend shift per month.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt new strategies to develop, motivate and lead employees.
  • Adept at time management and proven prioritization skills.
  • Prior management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to create in others a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work one-on-one and in group settings to effectively teach, train and develop desired skills in others.
  • Willingness to work to succeed and provide team leadership in a production environment focused on achieving collective goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and positively manage organizational change.
  • Ability to project a professional image to employees and clients.
