Job Description

Summary:  The Special Projects Administrative Analyst is a position which is responsible for handling sensitive and important information. The position requires an individual with an extensive understanding of the complexities of the Education contractual requirements and has the ability to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 


  • Management and coordination of the Department of Education security packet (e-Quip) process.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Creation and maintenance of databases for enhancement of Education division operations.
  • Creative and logical enhancements of spreadsheets and tracking mechanisms. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.

 Additional duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on the business needs.

High level competency in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Access and Word

Math Aptitude


Reading Skills

Time Management




Four or more years of specifically related experience is required. Quality Control, HR experience in collections industry preferred.
