Job Description

The Floor Manager will coach and develop a team of online representatives to meet productivity, quality, and attendance goals. They will also provide support as a subject matter expert to call center representatives, will monitor/direct phone activity to meet established service standards, and will participate in leadership activities as part of a team. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications preferred:

  • Previous call center experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs

  • First Level Supervisory experience

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Time management abilities

  • Multi-tasking abilities

  • Maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced work environment

  • High professional standards and unquestionable discretion


Hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm,  Monday-Friday
