Job Description

Summary: 

The Education Administrative Clerk is a part of the team who is cross trained to fulfill the quality control needs of the organization. Which include ensuring adherence to client, company, and legal requirements and reporting deficiencies found to management.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Monitor and audit system date for accuracy and compliance
  • Correspondence handling, check in, logging and scanning.
  • Reviews process for conformance to quality standards.
  • Create reports as needed
  • Create, read, comprehend and monitor reports to assist in quality control efforts.
  • Contractual auditing to ensure Department of ED contract compliance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior quality control experience in collections industry preferred
