We are currently seeking a Contact Center Team Lead to join our growing team! The Contact Center Team Lead will assist the Contact Center Manager in day to day responsibilities which include supervising staff members and other related admin duties.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with weekly/monthly reports.
  • Prepare specific documentation to provide to clients.
  • Inform team of new updates from clients.
  • Update invoice folders on shared drive-weekly.
  • Update contract folder on shared drive- on as need basis.
  • Help create and maintain physical contract folders for clients.
  • Help assist with monitoring staff.
  • Monitor i3 daily and report fluctuations in calls to managers.
  • Assist other staff as necessary.
  • Supervise floor, daily
  • All other duties as assigned.
