Job Description


The Client Services Associate acts as a liaison between our clients, consumers and operations team.  This person will work within a group of 20 individuals fielding and responding to client inquiries, compiling data, creating reports, researching all client requests, and facilitating issue resolution. 

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Review and respond to client communications
  • Effective communication verbal, written and non- verbal
  • Research and resolve issues regarding client, consumer, operations, and departmental requests
  • Adhere to current procedure for issue resolution
  • Create and distribute reports in an effective, efficient timely manner
  • Analyzing data to ensure complaint with client guidelines, laws and regulations.
  • Able to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative, ambiguous environment
  • Able to make an immediate impact by quickly overcoming the learning curve

Candidate must have above average computer skills as position will require:

      • Navigation between multiple windows and screens
      • Use keyboard short cuts
      • Data Entry 50 WPM or above

Candidate must be knowledgeable with Excel

      • Creation of spread sheets
      • Inputting and tracking data.
      • Use of filters, sorting and formatting
      • Proficient with version 2010 or higher
      • Resizing columns and rows, highlighting, creating tabs.
      • Use of formulas

Experience & Education

Associates degree preferred

High School Diploma with equivalent two to four years of experience.
