Position Summary:
Coach and develop a call center team to meet productivity, quality, and attendance goals.

Requirements/Skills:
Hours: TBD, must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
*Must be performing at a satisfactory level or above in current position to apply
*Six months experience in your current position required (on-line reps excluded from this criteria).
