Job Description

The Audit Analyst/Document Controls Specialist is accountable for the completion of deliverable required for the successful completion of a client audit. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation following Alltran standards and guidelines. This role works closely with project and functional stakeholders to create and deliver detailed documentation for internal and external audiences.



  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of standard writing skills and styles.
  • Address documentation needs accordingly in a professional and appropriate
  • Partner with stakeholders and functional leadership to publish documentation in appropriate forums and communication channels including internal websites, knowledge bases and client forums.
  • Create and deliver, clear and concise procedural documents and job aids using established Alltran documentation standards and
  • Maintain existing documentation, updating documents as needed to comply with regulatory and Alltran changes.
  • Manage time effectively, organizing priorities and
  • Manage projects according to deadlines, meeting scheduled interim and release dates.
  • Identify and overcome obstacles in a timely manner.
  • Creates, updates and maintains policy and procedures documents.
  • Demonstrates the ability to review statements of work, contracts and client facing policy and procedures to provide accurate fulfillment of client request and deliverables.
  • Assists in the preparation of reporting and executive summaries as assigned.
  • Maintains effective working relationships with departments throughout the organization in order to review and resolve audit discrepancies.
  • Assists with the completion of work on the audit documents, the filing of completed audits and the maintenance of records.
  • Data maintenance and input in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application related to policies and procedures audit findings.
