Account Manager


Effectively facilitate, coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the client program acting as the primary contact to the client and all interacting internal development and support departments.  Coordinate, monitor and track, deliverables, and lead by example to assure state of the art customer service to the Client.


  • Exceeding client objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and all internal customers to deliver service as outlined in the program objectives
  • Effectively handle concerns, problems, and/or objectives the client may have relating to the planned program and the associated business objectives
  • Customize the program set up to the clients specifications to include scripting for telemarketing, MIS and report development, coordination of database development
  • Create necessary work orders to assure operational effectiveness of the program
  • Prepare and review clients documents for accuracy; make revision when necessary
  • Identify and communicate processes which could continue to add to the quality delivery of services to clients as well as improvements to proactivity to financial goals
  • Calibrations internally and externally








Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree preferred


  • Client advocate with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong financial knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills
  • Ability to manage numerous programs requiring attention to detail
  • Flexibility and versatility with problem resolution
  • 2-3 years in client services environment
  • Supervisor / Operations experience preferred
